You have a Ducati, not a Honda, you'll get crummy mileage combined with a peanut tank. The tech gave the bike a one over and fixed some other nagging issues to give me the full hour charged. Not exactly sure how much I was charged but it was the shop minimum. The bike was set very rich to start and they leaned it out a ton per my request. A good Ducati tune did wonders for the rideability of the bike (low parking lot RPMs, etc) and helped a little with range. I had it done on my S4RS to help with some stumbling issues and to help with range. If you want to maximize gas mileage, you would want to move toward leaner settings. I think the general notion is if you are going to be running WTO, you want to run rich to keep heat down. There are a number of ports that a Ducati dealership can use to measure key exhaust ratios to make sure the settings are correct for air/fuel ratio and equal across both cylinders. I've got a similar set up and have similar range issues. do i need to take the bike to a ducati dealer or can i go to any other place? and suggestions For it? regards, Rodrigo. so it means i live close to the end of the world. i have the termi+filter kit, and live in Del Rio, TX, 3 hours from San Antonio, 4.5 from Austin and around 6 from Houston and 7 from Dallas. i did hit the search Button, but none of the topics explained me what i want to know, and before calling the nearest dealer, and having him telling me that i need to change filters, carburetors, and who knows half of the bike, i want your idea of the best tuning i can get to my bike. The ting is i have no idea if what i need is a dyno tune or any other kind of adjustment, to get the bike with an appropriate fuel consumption and improved performance. After bugging you guys for ideas to carry extra fuel and after Reading all the useful and constructive comments i decided not to ride my bike with a ''napalm'' bomb on my back, so I'm not going to buy the fuel carrier backpack olice:
